Party of Labour (Serbian: Партија рада) is an illegal extreme far-left, revolutionary communist, Marxist-Leninist movement that operates in Serbia and Slovenia. It was founded in 1992 by Vlado Dapčević as a political party in Serbia. It was deleted from party register in 2010, but continued its work. The nationalist government banned it in 2013, and since then the party operates as a terrorist organization. Party of Labour is responsible for lots of terrorist acts against the Serbian and Slovene regime and the right-wing movements in two countries.

Party of Labour promotes the communist revolution and the unification of Serbia and Slovenia into a new Yugoslavia, which would be a federation of 13 federal states: Slovenia, Prekmurje, Istria, Dalmatia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Vojvodina, Serbia, Sandžak, Kosovo, Macedonia and Timok. It supports the idea of an independent Hungarian state. It supports atheism and aims to illegalize religion. It opposes all kinds of nationalism and fascism.
